Job summary

AMAX, a global leader in GPU-accelerated IT infrastructure, seeks a warehouse/logistics associate in Fremont, CA to handle inbound/outbound shipments, verification, and inventory control.

You will pick, pack, label, and process outbound orders while supporting monthly counts and stock placement. Lifting 40–60 lbs is required; forklift experience is preferred. Join a safety‑driven team and contribute to efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Heavy lifting up to 60 lbs independently and safely.

• Familiarity with basic computer operations.
• Forklift operation and warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments and verify orders.
• Perform inventory counts and replenish stock.
• Verify and place items in designated locations.
• Pack, label, and process outbound orders.
• Support RTV processing and system transactions.
• Assist other departments as needed and maintain safety.
• Operate equipment safely and learn as required.

Job description

Warehouse and logistics operations: managing inbound and outbound shipments, order verification and inventory management, stocktaking, and storage location management. Accurately and timely picking goods, handling product packaging and labeling, and processing outbound orders.

• Processing system transactions for production and Return to Vendor (RTV) orders.
• Supporting monthly and annual physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Accurately placing parts and goods in designated locations (using manual pallet jacks or other relevant equipment).
• Performing daily cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the workspace and warehouse.
• Dismantling, discarding, or recycling materials in compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
• Learning to operate equipment safely as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assisting the logistics team with the receipt and delivery of goods, and handling other tasks assigned by supervisors as required.
• Willing to support other departments during idle time
• Familarity with basic computer operatatons
• Must be able to independently lift and carry loads of 40lbs to 60lbs
• Stong communication and teamwork skills, along with good time management abilities
• Forklift operation and warehouse experience preferred
