Florida Paints is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to support daily operations in our distribution center. You will handle order preparation, stock receiving, labeling, packing and shipping, while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role requires forklift experience, ability to lift 50–75 pounds, and a background check. You will collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to optimize space, improve accuracy, and satisfy customers with timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required for the role.
• One year of forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test.

Summary

Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, replenish/restock store).
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Complete diary logs into inventory.
• Report any discrepancies.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Other miscellaneous tasks, as required.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check & drug test
• One (1) year of previous forklift experience in a warehouse setting

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds
• Must be able to work in a hot warehouse environment
