Job summary

Rural King is seeking a dependable warehouse splitter to ensure timely and accurate receipt, splitting, and cross-docking of products in our facility. You will document all shipping documentation and BOLs, while moving goods using forklift and pallet jack as needed.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, teamwork, and delivering high-quality service to customers and communities served by Rural King.

Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Obtain powered equipment certification on all required equipment.
• Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.
• Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
• Responsible for accurate inspection and counting of all products received in the warehouse or down the conveyor.
• Responsible for proper documentation of all BOL’s and itemized shipping documentation.
• Ability to move products via Forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment to and from locations when receipt is complete and processed.
• Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly and monthly.
