Job summary

Rural King is seeking a warehouse splitter to support our distribution operations in Michigan. You will receive, split, and cross-dock goods, ensuring proper BOL documentation and efficient flow through our facility.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, meeting KPI targets, and delivering friendly, proactive service to internal teams and customers while maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations.
• Powered equipment certification required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, split, or cross dock products and document BOLs and shipping documents.
• Move products using forklift, pallet jack, and other equipment.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly quality and production KPI goals.
• Provide friendly, proactive customer support while assisting inquiries and issues.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
