Job summary

Rural King Farm and Home Store in Ohio is seeking a warehouse splitter responsible for the timely and accurate receipt of products, splitting or cross-docking items, and maintaining proper shipping documentation. The role supports safety standards, KPI targets, and a customer-focused warehouse operation.

You will move products using forklift and pallet jack, participate in learning initiatives, and contribute to a team that values People First and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Ability to count and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Receive, split, or cross dock products accurately and ensure proper documentation of all BOLs and shipping paperwork.
• Move products via forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment after receipt and processing.
• Support safety, quality, and KPI goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Provide friendly, proactive customer service and collaborate with team to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a splitter you are responsible for the timely and accurate receipt of all products that is received to the warehouse, split, or cross docked in our facility. A splitter is responsible for all proper documentation of all BOL’s and itemized shipping documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and

• Responsible for accurate inspection and counting of all products received in the warehouse or down the conveyor.
• Responsible for proper documentation of all BOL’s and itemized shipping documentation
• Ability to move products via Forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment to and from locations when receipt is complete and processed.
• Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly and monthly.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
