Job summary

Montana Department of Public Health & Human Services (DPHHS) - Helena warehouse facility is seeking a Warehouse Worker to prepare shipments, receive and store commodities, verify orders, and pick loads with forklift and pallet jack. The role operates with minimal supervision and requires safe, accurate handling of USDA commodities.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, have at least two years of related warehouse or tractor-trailer experience, and can navigate inventory systems,

Qualifications

• Two years of job related warehouse and/or tractor-trailer experience required.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments, receive and store USDA commodities.
• Verify shipments of commodity food or other items.
• Hand-pick orders by caseload onto pallets; loads assigned by supervisor.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack as needed.
• Work independently without direct supervision.
