Job summary

Phoenix Tailings is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Exeter, NH to support material movement from purchase requests through receipt, storage, and delivery to internal teams.

This role is essential to keeping production, engineering, and facility operations stocked with materials; you will own deliveries, inventory records, and material flow while helping build scalable supply-chain systems for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in shipping and receiving or related warehouse roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to match PO, packing slips, invoices, and part numbers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams; maintain organized records.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple orders and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive parcel and freight deliveries, inspect materials, verify quantities, part numbers, and condition against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Complete purchasing, receiving, inventory-transfer, adjustment, and material-issue transactions accurately within the ERP system.
• Label, store, stage, and issue materials to production, engineering, facilities, and project teams while maintaining inventory locations.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support inventories and audits.
• Prepare outbound shipments and maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
