Job summary

Phoenix Tailings is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move materials from purchase to receipt, storage, and delivery to internal teams. The role supports production, engineering, and facility operations by ensuring timely materials flow, accurate records, and safe warehouse practices.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across procurement and hands-on warehouse tasks, with ownership of deliveries and inventory records as the company scales its supply chain.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in shipping/receiving, material handling, warehouse operations, inventory control, or related role.
• Proven ability to accurately verify quantities, part numbers, and conditions against PO/packing slips.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams; able to maintain organized purchasing and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Receive parcel and freight deliveries, inspect materials, and verify quantities, part numbers, and condition against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Complete purchasing, receiving, inventory-transfer, adjustment, and material-issue transactions in the ERP system.
• Label, store, stage, and issue materials to production, engineering, facilities, and project teams; maintain inventory locations.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support inventories and audits.
• Prepare outbound shipments and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
