Job summary

Energy Transfer Family of Partnerships is seeking a warehouse/shipping specialist in Oklahoma to manage purchase orders, document handling, and inventory accuracy. You will coordinate with buyers, upload documents, and ensure correct staging of materials for internal and external orders.

Responsibilities include receiving orders, packaging, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining a clean workspace while following safety and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and warehousing.
• Ability to count, read and write numbers and read packing slips.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions and meet productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive purchase orders.
• Upload supporting documents to sales order or SEC job files (packing slips, delivery tickets, invoices).
• Communicate with buyers over issues with purchase orders and request invoices.
• Ensure accuracy on incoming shipments such as stock orders.
• Stock warehouse items received and stage outgoing materials.
