Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a warehouse associate in Texas to support shipping, receiving, orders, and material handling at the Odessa site. You will manage PO documentation, verify inbound/outbound shipments, and assist with inventory accuracy while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires 2–4 years of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED.
• Must have a good driving record.
• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer, Microsoft Office and/or any other software requested by department.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and warehousing required.
• Ability to count, read and write numbers, and read packing slips.
• Attention to detail and ability to find and correct errors.
• Ability to take instruction, follow direction and meet productivity standards.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries to customers and pick up from vendors.
• Receive purchase orders and upload supporting documents to sales order files.
• Communicate with buyers about PO issues and request invoices.
• Ensure accuracy on incoming shipments and stock orders.
• Stock warehouse items received and stage outbound materials.
• Identify, sort, and relocate incoming freight for internal/external jobs.
• Notify maintenance groups when orders are ready to pick up.
• Maintain clean and safe workspace in the warehouse.
