Job summary

United Engines, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the movement of parts and the organization of our Oklahoma City warehouse. Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping, and inventory counting to ensure accurate orders and efficient operations.

You will read orders, move materials, assemble customer orders, and maintain safe, organized storage areas while contributing to daily logistics performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Inventory software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to move, gather, or distribute and/or ship.
• Move materials from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials and distribute items to shipping or to designated route driver storage area.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.
• Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
• Assist in counting of physical inventory.
• Weigh and count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.
• Prepare parcels for mailing.
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Maintain a strong, personal commitment to the safety culture.
• All other duties as assigned.
