Job summary

Kamco Supply Corp. of Boston is seeking a Warehouse Employee/Shipping & Receiving/Forklift Operator to join our team in Williston, VT. This role supports receipt, storage, and distribution of building materials and helps with loading/unloading and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, RF scanning, inventory control, and coordinating with drivers for timely deliveries. A high school diploma and forklift experience are preferred; benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, or building materials experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and move incoming materials to storage or staging areas.
• Sort and stock materials according to size, type, and product code.
• Pick, assemble, and package customer orders for pickup and delivery.
• Load and unload materials onto trucks; assist drivers as needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment per safety standards.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and order picking to support daily operations.
• Maintain accurate material IDs through labeling and documentation.
• Support inventory control, including cycle counts and RF scanning.
