Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick and pack orders, print labels, and inspect products to meet shipping needs. You will use equipment to prepare orders and ensure accuracy for customer shipments.

This role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A year of warehouse experience and a background check may be required in a safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to complete physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• May operate a forklift or order picker for picking orders.
• Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on forms and records.
• Affix shipping labels and mark boxes per regulations.
• Inspect containers and packaging for quality per SOPs.
• Participate in Inventory/Cycle Count as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
