Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin to pick, pack, label, and inspect orders for shipping. The role requires standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and basic computer use to record transactions. You may operate a forklift or order picker as needed.

Responsibilities include accurate inventory handling, packaging for various carriers, and maintaining a clean, inspection-ready workspace while adhering to SQFI and FDA standards. Security background screen is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct product and quantity.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker if required.
• Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information.
• Affix shipping labels and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Report missing items or quality variances to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and ensure inspection readiness.
