Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Buford, GA. The role supports shipping/receiving, inventory management, and daily installations. You will stage materials, assist with truck stocking, and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment.

The position requires forklift experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to log into company systems with two-factor authentication. Expect a daytime schedule Monday-Friday with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience with shipping/receiving preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred/required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect deliveries for damage, verify quantities and materials against bills of lading and packing slips, document discrepancies, and route goods to the appropriate departments.
• Monitor consumable inventory levels, conduct periodic physical counts, distribute supplies, and ensure trucks are properly stocked with necessary tools.
• Stage paperwork and materials for upcoming jobs, provide necessary tools and supplies, and deliver parts or materials to job sites as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe; perform light building maintenance and assist with snow and ice removal as needed.
• Follow and promote safety protocols, maintain regular in-person attendance, communicate discrepancies to leadership, and work overtime as needed.
