Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Distribution Center Warehouse Associate in Buford, GA, to support shipping and receiving, inventory, and general warehouse tasks. The role reports to the Distribution Center Supervisor and requires attention to accuracy and organization.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with shipping and receiving preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine deliveries for damage and review Bill of Ladings and packing slips for accuracy.
• Maintain consumables quantities to instructed levels and ensure accuracy when picking product.
• Keep warehouse neat, clean, and organized.
• Notify on-site supervisor of any discrepancy in material or documentation.

Position: Distribution Center Warehouse Associate

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:

As a Distribution Center Associate at West Shore Home, you will assist the Distribution Center Supervisor in supporting the assigned Division Operations team by handling shipping and receiving, maintaining consumables and supplies, handling building maintenance, and participating as needed in Lean events, 6S, and Inventory Management Systems.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Examine deliveries for damage and review Bill of Ladings and packing slips for accuracy.
