Job summary

Storm Creek is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Specialist in Eagan, MN to support our busy seasons. You will be hands-on with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

This on-site role requires warehouse experience, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Forklift certification and shipping software familiarity are a plus.

This role is for someone who takes pride in getting orders right the first time and doesn't mind a fast pace: our busy season means real volume, real deadlines, and a warehouse team that has each other's backs.

THE ROLE

As our Seasonal Warehouse Specialist, you'll be a hands-on part of the warehouse team, reporting to the Fulfillment Manager. You'll help keep orders moving accurately and on time through our busiest stretch of the year, from receiving and putting away inventory to picking, packing, and shipping the orders that go out the door.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and ship orders
• Fulfill orders with accuracy and speed

Receiving & Inventory

• Assist in receiving and placing incoming products
• Check and inspect products for accurate quantity, type, labeling, and more
• Utilize pallet jack to store and unload product

Warehouse Operations

• Assist with warehouse maintenance, upkeep, and daily standards of operation
• Take on additional duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Experience: prior experience working in a warehouse environment
• Accuracy: detail oriented, with a genuine desire for 100% accuracy; good with numbers and organization
• Tools & Equipment: forklift certified and comfortable with all warehouse tools and equipment is a plus; knowledge of, or ability to learn, shipping software
• Physical Requirements: able to lift, twist, and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand on concrete floors for 8 hours per day; valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Approach: a self-starter and problem solver with a great attitude and strong work ethic
