Job summary

Storm Creek in Eagan, MN is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to keep our warehouse operations accurate, safe, and running efficiently, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. You'll be hands-on daily—picking and shipping orders, keeping the warehouse organized, and supporting inventory through cycle counts and replenishment work.

This is a shift-based role, with hours extending until 7pm in quarter four. In your first year, success looks like hitting targets, staying audit-ready, and maintaining

• Prior warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to meet productivity and accuracy targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with WMS or RF scanning systems is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick and ship orders accurately and efficiently, targeting 100% productivity and 99.5%+ accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse safety and organization to stay audit-ready.
• Complete daily cycle counts, replenishment, and RA tasks to keep inventory accurate.
• Take on daily project assignments and adapt to shifting priorities.

Storm Creek Eagan, MN On- Site Full- Time $18-$21/hour

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Warehouse Specialist to help keep our warehouse operations accurate, safe, and running efficiently, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. You'll be hands-on every day - picking and shipping orders, keeping the warehouse organized and safe, and supporting inventory accuracy through cycle counts and replenishment work. This is a shift-based role, working until 7pm in quarter four.

• Pick and ship work consistently hits 100% productivity and 99.5%+ accuracy targets
• The warehouse stays safe, organized, and audit-ready at all times
• Cycle counts, replenishment, and RA tasks are completed on schedule with minimal discrepancies

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Pick & Ship

• Pick and ship orders accurately and efficiently, hitting 100% productivity and 99.5%+ accuracy targets

Warehouse Safety & Organization

• Maintain warehouse safety and organization standards across your work area and shared spaces

Cycle Counts, Replenishment & RA

• Complete daily cycle counts, replenishment tasks, and return authorization (RA) work to keep inventory accurate

Daily Project Assignments

• Take on daily project assignments as directed, adapting to shifting priorities across the warehouse

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: Prior warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Domain Focus: Comfortable meeting productivity and accuracy targets in a fast-paced picking and shipping environment
• Systems: Familiarity with WMS or RF scanning systems is a plus
• Approach: Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and reliable; able to take direction and move between assigned tasks throughout the day
• Bonus: Forklift certification
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift upwards of 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand on concrete for 8+ hours per day
