Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb frequent; up to 35 lb at times.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items, report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products using FIFO inventory controls.
• May train and operate manual/electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload, and transport products to different areas; may use carts or powered equipment.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts per location schedules.
• Complete admin duties: inventory counts, temperature/spoilage logs, inspections.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety policies and PPE usage.
• Ensure security of client and company assets; interact with clients and staff.
