Job summary

Winebow is seeking a warehouse associate to unload inbound containers and accurately receive, label, and move products using WMS/handheld RF devices. You will pick orders, count inventory, and maintain a safe, efficient workspace in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires forklift certification within 6 months, reliable communication, and the ability to work long shifts and holiday hours as needed. Competitive hourly pay with shift differential and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months; certified forklift operator preferred.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Must be able to work extended daily hours as business volume requires.
• Must be able to work all holiday hours as posted.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallet/floor loaded inbound containers.
• Receive/label product via WMS using handheld RF equipment.
• Move product to inventory stock locations using handheld RF equipment.
• Move product from reserve to picking locations meeting productivity standards.
• Read and apply picking labels to cases from stock locations for outbound orders.
• Move product from inventory stock locations to staging lanes or conveyor induct stations.
• Follow RF or voice-directed picking instructions; select required product/quantities.
• Participate in counting of physical inventory.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
• Immediately report breakage to supervisor.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Follows safety policies and procedures; communicates hazards or suggestions to manager.
• Arrive on time for work, meetings, appointments.
• Meet established goals and objectives.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
