Job summary

Winebow, Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in New Jersey to unload inbound containers, accurately receive and label products, and move goods through the warehouse using RF equipment.

The role requires reading labels, following picking instructions, and maintaining safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities include cycle counts, staging products, and meeting productivity targets while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Ability to work extended daily hours as business volume requires.
• Ability to work all holiday hours as the posted schedule requires.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallet/floor loaded inbound containers.
• Receive/label product via WMS using handheld RF equipment.
• Move products to inventory stock locations using RF equipment.
• Move product from reserve to picking locations meeting productivity standards.
• Read and apply picking labels to cases from stock locations for outbound orders.
• Move product to staging lanes or conveyor induct stations safely and accurately.
• Follow RF or voice-directed picking instructions to select product/quantities.
• Participate in counting physical inventory.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
