Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the United States to pick, pack, and ship orders and support accurate inventory and inspection processes. You will measure, count, and label items, operate a forklift/order picker as needed, and maintain a clean, compliant workspace.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include documenting order details, ensuring correct shipments, and reporting variances while supporting cycle counts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker for picking orders.
• Pack orders for shipments and label boxes.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on forms and records.
• Affix proper shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets.
• Report missing items or quality variances to supervisor.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Inspect containers and products to ensure packing specifications are met.
• Participate in Inventory/Cycle Counts as needed.
• Maintain clean, neat, and orderly work area and ensure inspection readiness for SQFI, FDA, and customers.
