Job summary

EFC International is seeking Warehouse Specialists to join our operations team in a hands-on role focused on picking orders, inventory maintenance, and ensuring a safe, organized warehouse environment.

You will work closely with supervision to meet daily shipping and receiving targets, maintain accurate records, and support ongoing warehouse upkeep and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Familiar with standard office and warehouse equipment; familiarity with Microsoft products is preferred.

EFC International is looking for Warehouse Specialists to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our warehouse operations, picking orders, product put away, overall warehouse, inventory maintenance, and ensuring overall warehouse organization and safety. What You’ll Do

• Accurately maintains inventory using EFC procedures & standards
• Communicates with supervisor/manager as needed
• Accurately fills orders
• Packages, labels, stacks, and wraps materials for safe shipping
• Follow appropriate shipping instructions
• Keeps warehouse areas organized, swept, clean, and hazard free
• Follow all EFC safety codes
• Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor/manager
• Participate in all aspects of warehouse and equipment maintenance and organization

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Comfortable using standard office and warehouse equipment; familiarity with Microsoft products is preferred.
• Forklift certification a plus (training may be provided).
• Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to accuracy, organization, and safety.

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with standard equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, box cutters, and tape dispensers.
• Moderate noise level typical of warehouse operations.
• Must be able to meet physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting, and carrying materials.
