Job summary

Hire Energy Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Worker in the United States to manage storage, shipping, and receiving in a safe, efficient environment. You will pick, pack, label, and stage products, operate a forklift and RF scanning devices, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate outbound shipments, maintaining equipment, and backing up other warehouse areas as needed. A strong safety mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check.
• Must be willing to undergo a drug test.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain perfect attendance.
• Knowledge in shipping and receiving.
• Knowledge in forklift operation.
• Knowledge in inventory control / RF scanning.
• Knowledge in workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Accurately selecting product according to customer batch/order specifications and keeping paperwork attached.
• Ensuring outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; report variances.
• Pulling and preparing product for shipment; ensure correct quantity and type loaded.
• Perform picking duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
• Move and stage product using forklift or other equipment.
• Use radio frequency equipment for picking and load functions as required.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and inspect equipment daily.
