Job summary

Premium Distributors of MI is hiring a warehouse order picker to safely select customer orders, build loads from load tickets, label and move completed orders to the loading dock, and help maintain inventory.

This position requires lifting 25–50 pounds regularly (up to 170 pounds), 18+ years old, 0–2 years of related experience, and a High School Diploma preferred. Shift is Monday–Thursday, around 11:00am–9:30pm, with union benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
• Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
• Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets
• Other duties as assigned
