Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group in Charlotte, MI is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our aftermarket warehouse team. You will perform picking, put-away, packaging and shipping to ensure the right parts reach customers on time.

Candidates need a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years in a warehouse, a valid driver's license, forklift certification, and experience with ERP/MRP and handheld scanners. You must lift 40 lbs, climb ladders, and pass a drug screen; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Valid driver's license and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Picking and put-away of aftermarket parts from warehouse shelves.
• Read schedules and order sheets to pick parts accurately.
• Operate order pickers, forklifts, and stand-up trucks for stock movement.
• Package, label, and ship parts securely to prevent damage in transit.
• Maintain inventory records with cycle counts and log movements in ERP/MRP and scanners.
• Inspect parts for quality and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders as needed; comply with safety rules.
• Overtime may be required during peak periods.
