Job summary

Aebi Schmidt USA seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our aftermarket warehouse distribution team in Charlotte, MI. You will handle picking, put-away, packaging, and shipping while maintaining accurate inventory and operating ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, cycle counts, and using handheld scanners and forklifts. A valid driver's license and forklift/stand-up truck certification are preferred. This is an hourly non-exempt role with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Valid driver's license; forklift, pallet jack, and stand-up truck certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP warehouse software and handheld barcode scanners.

Responsibilities

• Pick and put-away aftermarket parts from warehouse shelves using schedules and order sheets.
• Transport materials to and from bins, skids, and containers.
• Operate order pickers, forklifts, and stand-up trucks to place stock in correct locations.
• Line up and organize materials to keep production and distribution moving smoothly.
• Package, kit, and label parts securely to prevent damage in transit.
• Inspect parts for quality and identify damaged items before shipping.
• Load and unload containers, trucks, and pallets safely.
• Maintain inventory records with cycle counts and transfers.
