Job summary

Benjamin Moore is seeking a warehouse team member to pick and pack orders, operate material handling equipment, and maintain safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to quality and efficiency while supporting loading, inventory, and shipping processes.

We value teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs. The role requires weekend availability and comfort using warehouse software and scanners.

Qualifications

• High School graduates or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and cross functional.
• Ability to operate all facility MHE including pallet rider, order picker, fork truck, reach truck, or dock stocker.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and cleanliness.
• Basic math skills: addition/subtraction/multiplication.
• Ability to work safely and follow SOPs.
• Lifts 60 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Ability to use computer systems & programs.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety guidelines and environmental rules and uses required safety equipment.
• Maintains the highest standards for product quality and service.
• Maintains cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• Communicates with supervisor about upgrades to improve job efficiencies.
• Operates material handling equipment (MHE) as needed.
• Loads delivery vehicles and secures shipments.
• Counts inventory during physical counts and verifies accuracy.
• Picks customer orders from inventory and prepares for loading.
• Assembles and secures shipments for transport.
• Proficient in warehouse management system scanners and 5S practices.
