Job summary

Benjamin Moore & Co is hiring a warehouse associate to support order picking, packing, loading, and inventory control in our distribution environment. This role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, operating MHE such as pallet riders and forklifts, and ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely shipment.

You will work in a collaborative team, follow SOPs, use warehouse systems, and contribute to a clean, organized work area while delivering high quality service to stores and customers.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to be cross functional.
• Ability to operate MHE including pallet rider, order picker, fork truck, reach truck, dock stocker.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and cleanliness.
• Basic math skills: addition/subtraction/multiplication.
• Ability to work safely and follow SOPs.
• Lifts 60 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Ability to use computer systems and programs.

Responsibilities

• Picks customer orders from inventory stock and completes to meet productivity, quality and accuracy standards.
• Assembles customer orders for loading and secures pallets.
• Counts cartons and validates accuracy of shipments.
• Attaches proper identification on shipments for delivery destinations.
• Loads delivery vehicles and secures shipments as required.
• Maintains and cross-checks inventory during physical inventory processes.
• Operates and maintains warehouse equipment and 5S practices.
• Performs other duties as required.
