Job summary

Plug in St. Louis is hiring a Shipping & Inventory Clerk to join the warehouse team. You will be the last hands on orders before they reach customers, ensuring accuracy, speed, and organization across outbound shipping operations.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, labeling, carrier coordination, and handling international documents. Candidates should be comfortable with basic computer systems and shipping software. Full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics is a plus but not required.
• Able to lift 50 lb and stay on feet for 7 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare devices for outbound shipment with speed and accuracy.
• Process and ship packages via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL using shipping software.
• Scan, label, and document outbound packages accurately.
• Verify packing slips against shipping lines before handoff.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage high-volume orders and arrange carrier pickups.
• Prepare international shipping documents including customs forms.
• Maintain shipping records and keep tracking information current.
• Troubleshoot shipment issues and delays.
• Communicate proactively with carriers to keep shipments on schedule.
