Job summary

TruTeam in Nashua, NH seeks a Warehouse Specialist to perform material handling, loading/unloading, and inventory control across the warehouse. The role includes processing shipments, stocking materials, and maintaining safety and organization within the facility.

Key tasks include pulling and assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy, performing cycle counts, and occasionally delivering to job sites. The position is safety-sensitive and may require local travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Forklift certification required.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Load in/load out materials and perform inventory management and cycle counts.
• Receive, stock, and process inbound/outbound shipments; ensure accuracy of orders.
• Maintain, clean, and organize the facility; assist with deliveries to job sites as needed.
• Ensure safety policies are followed; identify damaged shipments for claims.
