Swiftx Express in Hicksville, NY seeks an Operations Specialist to oversee DSPs and staffing agencies, enforce QA standards, monitor performance, and optimize regional warehouse and fleet operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with Mandarin bilingual ability; last-mile/3PL experience is a plus. You will lead training, coordinate with partners, and guide daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; bilingual Mandarin required.
• Experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast‑paced environments.
