SRS Building Products in San Diego is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, stocking and distribution of materials within the warehouse and branch settings to serve customers.

You will operate forklifts, maintain inventory, and collaborate with the team to ensure safety and efficiency. The role requires physical work up to 100 lbs, and flexibility for peak seasons; overtime and performance bonuses may apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Excel and inventory management software.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments preferred.
• OSHA knowledge and safety training beneficial.
• Ability to operate forklifts and perform basic math for inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, count, and log incoming orders and shipments.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks and customer vehicles with correct documentation.
• Maintain organized warehouse and yard; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Distribute materials to storage areas; perform stock rotations and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team and uphold a team-first culture; follow guidelines for safety and operations.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment safely and proficiently.
