Job summary

Hall’s Culligan of Canton and Ravenna is seeking a Warehouse Representative to join our busy warehouse team. You’ll manage inventory, assist with bottling and loading, and may relieve Route Delivery Drivers.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with pay starting at $20.00/hr plus bonus and PTO accrual. We offer a full benefits package, including a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Ability to operate forklift and hand trucks.
• Willingness to work in a labor-intensive, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and organize inventory; reconcile packing slips.
• Support bottling/PE line quality control where applicable.
• Load and unload trucks and prepare shipments.
• Collaborate with teammates and provide relief to drivers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
