Job summary

Hall’s Culligan of Napoleon, Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Associate to thrive in a busy, physical role in our Napoleon warehouse. The role focuses on inventory management, bottling, and supporting route deliveries.

You will receive $20/hr starting pay, with paid time off, a full benefits package, and a 401k with company match after introductory period. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Must be 21+ to drive company vehicles and pass background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and organize inventory with accuracy.
• Monitor bottling or PE line and verify quality control.
• Load and unload trucks and reconcile shipping/receiving documents.
• Collaborate with team and support route delivery drivers.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse workspace.
