Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Menomonie, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive inbound material, perform put-away, and ensure accurate inventory flow. You will use power tools and a variety of PIT equipment to move goods safely.

You will pick and deliver outbound orders, replenish stock, and support 5S housekeeping while adhering to safety procedures. Must pass drug test and background check; be able to lift up to 80 lbs and push/pull 204 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug test and background check.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to physically push/pull a force of 204 lbs and occasionally greater.
• Ability to lift/carry 80 lbs. occasionally.
• PIT Training/ PIT License required for all tasks.
• Must be able to operate multiple types of PIT (forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, and walkie rider).

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound material and put away to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Replenishment and picking customer orders, potentially up to 30 ft high.
• Deliver orders to stage lanes and use various equipment to handle products.
• Read and follow warehouse documents; identify continuous improvement ideas.
• Follow safety and ergonomic procedures; 5S housekeeping and restock duties.
• Open bales and crates; use power tools; handle other duties as assigned.
