Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. seeks a Warehouse Specialist II to perform picking, staging, and palletizing orders for shipment. The role requires forklift certification and strong Oracle transaction knowledge to manage replenishments and cycle counts. You will train new staff and assist in Returns and receiving processes within a fast-paced facility.

Proficiency with RF scanners and MS Office is preferred, with emphasis on accuracy, safety compliance, and teamwork in a labor-intensive environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification as a baseline; stand-up forklift preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and data entry.
• Proficiency with Oracle transaction lookup, subinventory moves, and reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and palletize finished goods for shipment to customers.
• Operate forklift and perform daily vehicle inspections and charging.
• Use handheld RF scanner for picking, replenishing, and putting away items.
• Load/unload trailers and verify order accuracy.
• Assist in training new staff and contractor onboarding.
• Performs cycle counts and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Support Returns processing and Oracle transactions as needed.
