Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company in Texas is seeking an onsite Warehouse Associate to perform material care, custody, and control tasks supporting construction field activities.

You will handle daily warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, packaging, inventory control, and equipment operation including forklifts. The role requires ability to lift, climb, work outdoors, overtime as needed, and effective communication with supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management.

Responsibilities

• Selects and prepares daily shipments including pulling orders, packaging, and paperwork.
• Palletizes, wraps, and delivers orders to shipping area.
• Assists in loading/unloading trucks and inspecting items.
• Packs, unpacks stock items and labels them.
• Performs onsite warehouse inventories and restocking.
• Resolves inventory discrepancies and documents shortages.
• Ensures shipping/receiving documents are accurate and on time.
• Operates forklift and other equipment as required.
