Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, and use hands to handle, move, or manipulate objects.
• Often required to lift and move heavier items with assistance from other workers or mechanical devices.

Responsibilities

• Verify materials against receiving documents and note/report any discrepancies or visible damage.
• Organize and palletize materials following UIC warehouse procedures.
• Examine stored materials regularly and report any deterioration or damage.
