Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Orange Park, FL is hiring a Warehouse Specialist to perform warehousing duties per the storage plan, verify items against receiving docs, and prepare shipments. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of warehouse experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED; vocational training per DoL description.
At least two years of warehouse experience including inventory, staging, packing, storage and shipping.
Demonstrated experience operating motor vehicles and material handling equipment.
Proficiency using a computer-based inventory and bar-coding system.
Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Verify materials against receiving documents, report discrepancies and damages.
Route materials to prescribed storage locations.
Store, stack, or palletize materials per storage methods.
Rearrange and take inventory of stored materials.
Examine stored materials and report deterioration and damage.
Remove material from storage and prepare it for shipment.
Operate hand or power trucks and other material handling equipment.
Utilize a computer-based inventory and bar-coding system for entry and tracking.
