Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Driver for our Miami, FL onsite warehouse. The role supports daily operations, including receiving, organizing, loading, transporting, and returning event equipment and supplies.

You will maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with staff, drivers, and clients to ensure timely deliveries. The position requires a valid driver’s license (CDL not required) and the ability to operate non-CDL vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is preferred but not required.
• Readiness to operate non-CDL company vehicles and basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, label, and store incoming event equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for upcoming events based on lists and schedules.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up equipment from venues and sites.
• Load and unload trucks and protect equipment from damage; verify items before departure and after return.
