Beacon Promotions Inc, based in Minnesota, seeks a Warehouse Associate in New Ulm, MN to support inventory control and production flow. You will handle material from on-site and off-site warehouses and assist with receiving, quality control and cycles counts.

The role requires strong math, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a full-time schedule. Lifting up to 50 lbs and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Excellent math and counting accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supply production departments with material from warehouses.
• Maintain offsite warehouse and keep organized.
• Perform quality control inspections as directed.
• Receive non-inventoried items and deliver to department ordered.
• Assist with shipping, receiving and cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Ensure labeling and storage are correct and organized.
• Back up shipping and sample departments.
