Detroit Pump & Tencarva is hiring for a day-shift Warehouse Associate to support receiving, organizing and preparing shipments in a fast-paced industrial setting in Michigan. The role uses RF scanners and ERP software to track inventory and coordinate with shop and delivery teams.

You will operate forklifts, manage inventory, and help ensure accurate shipping documentation and timely order fulfillment. A valid license, forklift experience, and strong attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Prior shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems, RF scanners, or warehouse inventory software preferred.
• Forklift experience required; ability to work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsabilités

• Receive incoming shipments using RF scanners and ERP software.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Organize inventory, parts, and work-in-progress materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pull parts and equipment for shop jobs and customer orders.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Package, palletize, and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation.
• Assist customers and delivery drivers with pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.
• Coordinate internally with shop, service, and operations teams as needed.
