Job summary

National OnDemand, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support daily material handling, loading, and inventory control in our Warren, OH facility. This is a full-time role focused on safe operation and efficient warehouse workflows.

You will unload deliveries, log materials, perform cycle counts, and maintain a well-organized, compliant workspace. Strong math, Excel, and communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of warehouse or construction experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Bare minimum reading/comprehension and basic math.
• RF scanner experience and Excel familiarity helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive all deliveries.
• Load and log materials onto trucks and note returns.
• Maintain OSHA safety compliance and company policies.
• Move and unload heavy/oversize items as needed.
• Assist with inventory flow, reconciliation, and cycle counts.
• Collaborate on inventory control and stocking processes.
• Operate a forklift safely and build outgoing orders.
• Ensure bays are organized and materials properly staged.
