Job summary

NATIONAL OnDemand, Inc. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Forklift Operator in Columbus, OH. The role involves unloading deliveries, loading materials, operating a forklift, and maintaining safe procedures to support inventory control.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, forklift certification, 1–2 years in a warehouse, basic math, and RF scanner experience. We offer PTO, medical/dental/vision, disability coverage, EAP, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of warehouse or construction industry experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required or preferred.
• Basic math skills and RF scanner experience.
• Proficient in Excel and basic computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive all deliveries.
• Load and log materials onto trucks; note returns.
• Maintain safe, OSHA-compliant warehouse.
• Move and unload heavy items.
• Support inventory control and reconciliation processes.
• Reconcile issued materials with usage reports.
