Job summary

NATIONAL OnDemand, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload deliveries, log materials, and load trucks. You will operate a forklift, maintain safe, organized bays, and assist with inventory control in all weather conditions at our Columbus-area facility.

The role requires forklift experience, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and basic computer skills (RF scanner, Excel). A valid driver's license and safety-conscious approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of warehouse or construction industry experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred.
• Able to lift a minimum of 100 lbs.
• Proficient with RF scanner and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive all deliveries.
• Load and log materials onto trucks and note returned items.
• Ensure warehouse safety and OSHA compliance.
• Move and unload heavy items as needed.
• Assist management with inventory processes.
• Reconcile issued materials with usage reports.
• Collaborate on inventory control and full counts.
• Perform cycle counts for accuracy.
• Operate a forklift with safety procedures.
• Load materials into storage facilities using automated systems.
• Maintain organized bays for efficient loading.
• Build outgoing orders and load them onto delivery equipment.
• Follow stacking methods and safety procedures for finished orders.
• Empty trash and keep staging areas clean.
• Follow safety program guidelines and forklift manual.
• Maintain forklift license and safety compliance.
• Perform all duties safely.
