Optimas Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support on-site warehouse operations at a customer location. You will receive, input, sort, load and unload products, and perform various warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and maintain records.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, input, sort, load and unload products.
• Check that goods match PO, qtys, and due dates.
• Book onto the system and batch boxes; pass paperwork for inspection.
• Store goods at designated locations or transfer to boxing/subcontract ops.
• Repack bulk products to meet requirements; use packing equipment as needed.
• Move boxed goods to storage locations; produce dispatch notes and labels.
• Resolve picking discrepancies; inform supervisor of stock issues.
• Operate warehouse equipment and ERP system; use handheld scanners.
