Job summary

Optimas Solutions Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Indiana (Columbus) to support shipping, receiving, and packing operations. You will receive, input, sort, load, and unload products and perform a variety of warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment crafted for growth.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 2–5 years warehouse experience, and basic computer skills (MS Outlook, Teams, Excel). Forklift experience is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• 2-5 years relevant warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience preferred; training available.
• Basic computer skills; MS Outlook/Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unloading of goods delivered.
• Check goods received against PO quantities and due dates.
• Enter and batch items in ERP system; prepare paperwork for inspection.
• Store goods in picking or pallet locations; transfer to boxing or subcontract operations.
• Repack bulk product into smaller quantities to meet requirements.
• Fill boxing machine hoppers and manage waste.
• Move boxed goods to designated storage locations.
• Produce dispatch notes, picking lists, and labels as needed.
• Verify picked items against notes and resolve discrepancies.
• Inform supervisor of potential stock issues.
• Load goods for dispatch onto transport within deadlines.
• Operate warehouse equipment to access high locations.
• Print labels using handheld/physical printers (batch numbers).
• Use mobile scanner/tablet for receiving/picking inventory.
• Participate in cleaning equipment and facility; perform other duties as assigned.
