Job summary

Optimas Solutions Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations including Shipping, Receiving and Packing. You will receive, input, sort, load and unload products and perform various warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2–5 years of warehousing experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and maintain records.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience is preferred and training will be provided.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) required.

Responsibilities

• Unload goods delivered and check against PO quantities/due dates.
• Input, sort, and load/unload products in the ERP system.
• Pack and label items, prepare dispatch notes and packing lists.
• Move goods to storage locations and assist in boxing/subcontract operations.
• Able to operate warehouse equipment and print labels as needed.
• Maintain accuracy by reconciling picked items with notes and report stock issues.
