Job summary

Swiftx Express in Georgia is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate DSPs and staffing agencies, ensuring compliance with company standards and reliable last-mile performance.

You will recruit, train, and lead teams, develop QA protocols, monitor metrics, and collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize collection models and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
• Experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
